Pop-up shirts (made to order)
Pop-up shirts are printed to order after each sale closes, so they can’t be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your size and shipping address before you place your order.
Damaged or misprinted items
If any item, whether shirt or sticker, arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll replace it. Email hello@zbzoology.com as soon as you can after it arrives, and include your order number and a photo of the problem.
